PETITION TO FREE THE TRUCK DRIVER WHO WAS HIT BY UNLICENSED AND DRUNK MOTORCYCLE RIDER IS VIRAL NOW!

Accidents are everywhere , it can happen unexpectedly of course that's why its called accident . Nobody wants it to happen.

On a Thursday morning report of Radyo Inquirer Facebook Page , an accident happened last Wednesday night at Barangay Putatan Muntinlupa Philippines.

According to the reporter Mark Gene Macalalad, a truck driver was about to turn left when a Motorcycle Rider hit the truck.

According to the investigation,the motorcycle driver was said to be 16 years old, drunk , unlicensed and no helmet.

According to the motorcycle driver's brother and sister they did not allow the 16 year old boy to ride the motorcycle because he has no license and drunk , but their brother is hard headed and still went through to buy cigarette.

Meanwhile the truck driver name Tedy was held liable and was immediately arrested for reckless imprudence resulting in death simply because our laws, or the misapplication and interpretation of it, automatically holds the bigger vehicle or uninjured party liable for someone else’s stupidity and irresponsibility.

Now, the video of the report of Radyo Inquirer Facebook Page currently has 2.4Million views, as of writing , 39k reactions, 23k comments and 41k shares as of the moment.

The Public Figure/Speaker and Car Reviewer James Deaken also asked for Public's opinion and comments and petition to share Manong Teddy's situation.

He wrote on his Facebook account :

" Meet Tedy. He was driving his truck when a 16 year old, unlicensed, drunk and helmet-less motorcycle rider ran into him. He was immediately arrested for reckless imprudence resulting in death simply because our laws, or the misapplication and interpretation of it, automatically holds the bigger vehicle or uninjured party liable for someone else’s stupidity and irresponsibility.

We need to stop rewarding bad behavior and start holding road users personally accountable for their actions. Free this man now. Share if you agree."
